Today, I wanted to give you a quick and easy Super Shake recipe to support our protein discussion from a previous post. What’s a Super Shake? It’s an easy, convenient way to get a serving of protein and whatever other goodness you want to include! What benefits do you get from adding a shake to your daily regimen?

All good reasons to add to your daily routine right? All you need is a good blender and a few ingredients. Here’s an example of my go-to Super Shake:
12 ounces almond milk (regular milk is fine if you tolerate it well)
2 scoops IMpowered/dotFIt chocolate protein powder (or protein powder of your choice)
1/3 cup frozen strawberries
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 fist spinach
Easy and delicious, low calorie but packed with goodness. Truly self love for my body. Blend it all together and take it with you on the go for a power-packed meal filled with protein, veggies, fruit and healthy fats!
